You should have 3-5 years or more experience into your trade apprenticeship (or equivalent). You have a strong working knowledge in your craft. You have high construction IQ. You work very well with others both supervised and unsupervised. People can count on you for the right answers. You are able to work comfortably through most tasks on the job from start to completion.
When registering please carefully go through the “skills” section in the sign- up process, indicating the appropriate skill levels. (Note: skills are randomly displayed in this volunteer system, so you'll have to look for yours!)
