As a volunteer safety officer you will evaluate and monitor health and safety hazards and recommend strategies to control risks at the HeroWork worksite. You will ensure volunteers are orientated properly and assist in the development of the daily toolbox hazard list, monitoring that all workers participate in a documented daily toolbox.
You should be orientated to the worksite in advance of the project and will be responsible for completing a safety report for each shift.
