Volunteer Crew Leaders are volunteers who lead and manage other groups of non-trade volunteers. Your job is to work with HeroWork staff and project managers to coordinate and deploy volunteers during the event. 

You arrive early, review tasks lists and get ready for the day. You deploy volunteers, then monitor and redeploy volunteers as appropriate. At the end of the day you chronicle progress and tasks still to be competed, ensuring the site is closed down.

Long pants and closed-toed shoes are still mandatory.
